Free Shipping Over $99. Saddles Ship Free.
All saddle orders receive free ground shipping in the 50 United States. Non-saddle orders with a destination in the 50 United States are eligible for economy or standard shipping options. Economy packages may ship either UPS or USPS.
Shipping Options: Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air. For accurate shipping rates, enter your shipping address at checkout. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count when shipping 3 Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day. For Next Day Air please call 1-866-880-2121 for pricing and availability.
Alaska and Hawaii: Saddles shipping to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping. Affordable shipping options are available at checkout.
Same Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:01 PM Eastern Standard Time will likely be shipped same day.
Canada | Shipping Information
We are able to offer reduced shipping prices to Canada through the Postal Service.
Shipping Option: Canada Parcel Post. For accurate shipping rates, enter your shipping address at checkout.
Taxes & Duties: We provide all appropriate forms to get your saddle, tack, boots, and accessories to you safely. Please contact your local authority for any additional fees you may incur.
International | Shipping Information
We are able to offer reduced shipping prices to international customers through Global Airmail Parcel Post.
Shipping Option: Global Airmail. For accurate shipping rates, enter your shipping address at checkout.
APO shipments: We ship to APO addresses via USPS Priority for $25.
Taxes, Duties & Fees: The United States does not charge any taxes or duties. It is your responsibility to check with your local authorities for any duties or taxes that may be levied against your purchase. Your local UPS offices may charge additional brokerage fees as well.
Alternative Shipping Options: We often work with shipping companies and family members in the USA who can arrange your international shipment if you choose not to use our standard international shipping options. Contact us to arrange your alternative shipping address.
Transit Times: In stock items shipped using UPS Worldwide Expedited or Global Airmail Parcel Services should arrive in approx 6 working days from order date. Customs processing times will vary.
Conversion Rate: All transactions are charged in United States currency. The issuing bank of your credit card determines the conversion rate.
